Commission rules
Estimated commission = bound premium × rate. The rate is the carrier rule if one matches, else the line rule, else the default; renewals are multiplied by the renewal factor. Estimates only.
CSV import / export
Import: a CSV with a header row. Required column: name. Also understood: id, company, phone, email, state, type, status, source, agent, received, premium, bound, boundPremium, carrier, policyNo, eff, term, renewal, notes. Rows with an existing id update that lead. You see a preview first; nothing is saved until you confirm.
